ATTENTION: By accessing our platform or using any tools and templates from CodeServing, you are executing a binding agreement with our platform. Please read these terms carefully.

Welcome to CodeServing ("the Platform"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, online tools, and frontend templates.

1. License & Commercial Use

We operate under a "Free Usage" model. All tools are free to use for any purpose. Templates and downloadable resources are provided under MIT License standards where applicable.

✓ Permitted (Green Zone)

  • ✔ Use code for commercial client projects ($0 - Unlimited).
  • ✔ Modify code to build unique SaaS products.
  • ✔ Remove comments for production deployment.
  • ✔ Resell, distribute, or re-brand the application (provided the original MIT copyright notice remains).

✘ Restricted (Red Zone)

  • ✘ Use our architecture for illegal hacking, phishing, or deploying malicious payloads.
  • ✘ Claim original authorship of the unmodified CodeServing core without including the required MIT copyright notice.

2. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS (CODESERVING) BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES (INCLUDING FINANCIAL LOSS IN YOUR STARTUP) OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.

Translation: You are the captain. We provide the engine. If you crash the ship, we are not liable for the repair costs.

3. Code Integrity & Security

While we engineer our architectures to meet "Production-Ready" security standards (sanitized inputs, CSRF protection, etc.), technology evolves daily.

  • Developer Responsibility: It is your absolute responsibility to audit and test the architecture before deploying it to a live production environment.
  • Third-Party Dependencies: Our architectures utilize modern frameworks (e.g., Node.js, React). We are not liable for vulnerabilities discovered in third-party NPM packages or external libraries.

4. Monetization & Adware

This website is free to use but is supported by advertising.

You agree not to use any automated scripts, bots, or browser extensions intended to fraudulently click on advertisements or manipulate our revenue systems. Such actions will result in an immediate IP ban and reporting to relevant advertising authorities.

5. Access Restriction

We operate an automated Web Application Firewall (WAF). We reserve the right to block your IP address and restrict access to the repository immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these protocols (e.g., deploying malicious bots, scraping, or hotlinking our assets).

6. Governing Protocols

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the digital open web standards and our local jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
